toripalimab + celecoxib

Toripalimab + celecoxib is an investigational combination therapy consisting of the anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody toripalimab and the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) celecoxib. Toripalimab blocks the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor on T cells, enhancing immune-mediated tumor cell killing. Celecoxib selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), reducing inflammation and potentially modulating the tumor microenvironment to improve immunotherapy efficacy. This combination has been studied primarily in colorectal cancer, particularly in mismatch repair-deficient or microsatellite instability-high locally advanced cases as neoadjuvant therapy, where it demonstrated a high pathological complete response rate and acceptable safety profile[1][4][5].
