Overview

Toripalimab + ongericimab is a combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies developed by Junshi Biosciences. Toripalimab (JS001, TUOYI) is a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, enhancing T-cell immune responses against cancer cells. Ongericimab (JS002) is a recombinant humanized anti-PCSK9 monoclonal antibody that targets proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9), which regulates cholesterol metabolism. This combination is being investigated in clinical trials for patients with advanced cancer who have failed standard therapy or have no standard therapy options available.
