Toripalimab + vinorelbine is a combination therapy consisting of toripalimab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), and vinorelbine, a semi-synthetic vinca alkaloid chemotherapeutic agent. Toripalimab acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking PD-1 on T cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Vinorelbine disrupts microtubule formation during cell division, exerting cytotoxic effects on rapidly proliferating cancer cells. This combination has been investigated primarily in HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer—including triple-negative breast cancer—where it aims to leverage both immunotherapy and chemotherapy for improved efficacy[1][2][3].
