Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TPIV200 + sargramostim** is a combination immunotherapeutic regimen comprising a multi-epitope folate receptor alpha (FRα) peptide vaccine (TPIV200) and sargramostim, a recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). TPIV200 is designed to stimulate CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell responses against folate receptor alpha, which is frequently overexpressed in ovarian cancer and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Sargramostim acts as an immune adjuvant, enhancing antigen presentation and T-cell priming by promoting the activation of dendritic cells and macrophages. The combination is under clinical evaluation for the prevention of recurrence in TNBC and for treatment of ovarian cancer in regimens intended to elicit durable, tumor-specific immune responses.
