Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQ-A3334 + anlotinib is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). TQ-A3334 is a small molecule agonist of Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7), designed to stimulate innate immune responses and enhance anti-tumor immunity. Anlotinib, also known as catequentinib and marketed under the brand name Fukewei, is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits angiogenesis and tumor growth by targeting receptors such as VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and c-Kit. The combination aims to leverage both immunomodulatory effects from TQ-A3334 and antiangiogenic/antitumor effects from anlotinib. Both drugs are developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., part of Sino Biopharm[1][2][3][7].
