TQ-A3334 + entecavir is an investigational combination therapy for chronic hepatitis B. TQ-A3334 is a **selective oral agonist of toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7)**, designed to activate the innate immune response, particularly by inducing type I interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) such as ISG15, MX1, and OAS1, which play roles in antiviral defense. Entecavir is a **nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor** used as an established first-line antiviral agent in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
