Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2102 + TQB2450 + capecitabine is an investigational combination regimen being developed by Chia Tai Tianqing (part of Sino Biopharmaceutical) for the treatment of HER2-positive advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer. The triplet regimen consists of three distinct therapeutic agents: TQB2102 (roldimatig deuderuxtecan), a biparatopic HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) conjugated to a deuterated topoisomerase I inhibitor payload; TQB2450 (benmelstobart), a humanized anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody; and capecitabine, an oral fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy prodrug. In a Phase II clinical trial, this combination demonstrated promising antitumor activity as a first-line therapy, achieving an objective response rate (ORR) of 84.2% across the triplet cohorts.
