TQB2102 + TQB2868 is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of refractory triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). TQB2102 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to HER2-expressing tumor cells. TQB2868 is a bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) and Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-β). By combining these agents, the therapy aims to leverage the direct cytotoxic effects of the ADC while simultaneously overcoming immune suppression in the tumor microenvironment through PD-1 blockade and TGF-β inhibition. This combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase II platform study (NCT05946005) sponsored by Fudan University, specifically targeting patients with refractory TNBC based on molecular subtyping.
