Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2252 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody and T-cell engager targeting B7-H3 (CD276) and CD3. Developed by Zhengda Tianqing (Guangzhou) Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical, it is designed to treat advanced malignancies, including solid tumors and lymphomas. The mechanism of action involves the simultaneous binding of B7-H3 on tumor cells and the CD3 complex on T-lymphocytes, which facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse and leads to the targeted lysis of B7-H3-expressing cancer cells by activated T-cells. TQB2252 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation to assess its safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced malignant tumors.
