Overview
TQB2450 + anlotinib + chemotherapy is a multi-agent combination regimen investigated primarily for various advanced cancers. TQB2450 (Benmelstobart) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, designed to inhibit immune checkpoint pathways and enable anti-tumor immune responses. Anlotinib is an oral, small molecule multitargeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks pro-angiogenic pathways, including VEGFR1-3, PDGFR-β, FGFR1, and c-Kit, thus inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and proliferation. The "chemotherapy" component varies per study, commonly including agents such as paclitaxel and cisplatin. The combination is evaluated in diseases such as limited-stage and extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC), advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), and other solid tumors.
