TQB2618 + penpulimab + chemotherapy

This is a combination therapy consisting of **TQB2618** (a monoclonal antibody targeting T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 3, or TIM-3), **penpulimab** (an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 [PD-1] human IgG1 monoclonal antibody), and **chemotherapy** (using agents such as paclitaxel, cisplatin, or carboplatin). The combination is designed to enhance immune-mediated antitumor activity by simultaneously blocking multiple immune checkpoints while adding cytotoxic chemotherapy to directly target cancer cells. TQB2618 inhibits TIM-3—an immune checkpoint molecule that can mediate immune tolerance and exhaustion—while penpulimab blocks PD-1, restoring T-cell activity against tumor cells. Chemotherapy induces direct cytotoxicity and may increase tumor immunogenicity. The primary indications under clinical investigation include recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma[1][3][5].
