Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TQB2858 + anlotinib** is an investigational combination therapy currently in clinical development for advanced and recurrent cancers such as endometrial carcinoma. TQB2858 is a bifunctional humanized monoclonal antibody designed to simultaneously block programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), aiming to restore antitumor immune responses while inhibiting tumor-promoting effects of TGF-β. Anlotinib is an oral small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that targets multiple receptors involved in angiogenesis and tumor growth, most notably vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1/2/3), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR-1/2/3/4), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR-α/β), and c-Kit. The combination is being evaluated for potential synergistic immunotherapy and antiangiogenic effects in advanced malignancies, and is under clinical investigation by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group.
