Overview

TQB2928 + anlotinib is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of relapsed or metastatic osteosarcoma and other solid tumors. TQB2928 is a novel humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets CD47, a protein involved in immune evasion by tumor cells[4]. Anlotinib is a small-molecule, oral multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that inhibits angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation by targeting multiple receptor tyrosine kinases including VEGFR1–3, PDGFRα/β, FGFR1–4, and c-Kit[5][7][8]. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor efficacy through both immune checkpoint blockade (via CD47 inhibition) and antiangiogenic mechanisms (via RTK inhibition). This regimen is currently being evaluated in Phase Ib clinical trials for patients who have failed first-line chemotherapy for high-grade osteosarcoma or certain types of liposarcoma[1][2][4].
