Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2930 + TQB2102 is a combination therapy consisting of a HER2-targeted bispecific antibody and a HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. TQB2930 is a biparatopic antibody designed to bind simultaneously to two distinct epitopes on the HER2 protein (extracellular domains ECD2 and ECD4), effectively blocking HER2 signaling pathways. TQB2102 is an ADC composed of a humanized anti-HER2 antibody conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via an enzyme-cleavable linker. This combination approach is intended to provide synergistic anti-tumor effects by combining the signal-blocking properties of a bispecific antibody with the targeted cytotoxic delivery of an ADC. It is currently being investigated in Phase Ib/II clinical trials for patients with HER2-expressing advanced solid tumors, including those who have progressed on standard anti-HER2 therapies.
