TQB2930 injection + oxaliplatin + capecitabine + bevacizumab is a combination therapeutic regimen being evaluated for the treatment of HER2-positive colorectal cancer. The core component, TQB2930, is a bispecific antibody developed by Chia Tai Tianqing that simultaneously targets two non-overlapping epitopes (ECD2 and ECD4) of the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), leading to enhanced receptor internalization and dual signaling blockade. This is combined with the CAPOX chemotherapy regimen—consisting of oxaliplatin (a platinum-based DNA alkylating agent) and capecitabine (an oral fluoropyrimidine carbamate that acts as a thymidylate synthase inhibitor)—and bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits tumor angiogenesis by binding to Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). The regimen is currently in Phase Ib/II clinical development for patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive colorectal cancer.
