TQB3728 + TQB2450

TQB3728 + TQB2450 is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for use in patients with non-small cell lung cancer following sequential or concurrent chemoradiation. TQB3728 is an oral small molecule, while TQB2450 is an intravenously administered humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that functions as a programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor, blocking the interaction of PD-L1 with PD-1 and CD80, thus enhancing T cell activation.
