TQB3912 + fulvestrant ± TQB3616

TQB3912 is an orally bioavailable small molecule protein kinase inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity, developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. It targets and inhibits protein kinases involved in tumor cell survival, proliferation, migration, and differentiation[1][2]. Fulvestrant is a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) used in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. The combination of TQB3912 with fulvestrant ± TQB3616 (Culmerciclib) is being investigated for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative breast cancer, particularly in patients who have progressed following endocrine therapy[3][4][5]. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy for this combination.
