Tralokinumab + topical corticosteroids (TCS) is a combination therapy used for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). Tralokinumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that specifically neutralizes interleukin-13, a cytokine implicated as a key driver in the pathogenesis of AD. Topical corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory agents commonly used as first-line therapy for AD.
