Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of trastuzumab (a HER2-targeted monoclonal antibody), vinorelbine (a chemotherapeutic agent), and zenocutuzumab (a bispecific antibody targeting HER2 and HER3). This combination is being investigated for the treatment of HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. Trastuzumab targets the HER2 receptor to inhibit tumor growth, vinorelbine is a vinca alkaloid chemotherapy that disrupts microtubule formation, and zenocutuzumab employs a "Dock & Block" mechanism to inhibit NRG1-activated HER2/HER3 oncogenic signaling.
