Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HLX02 + docetaxel is a combination therapy consisting of trastuzumab-strf (HLX02), a biosimilar of trastuzumab, and docetaxel, a chemotherapy agent. This combination is used for the treatment of HER2-positive recurrent or metastatic breast cancer. HLX02 targets the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) while docetaxel is a taxane chemotherapy that disrupts cell division. The combination has demonstrated equivalent efficacy and similar safety profiles to reference trastuzumab plus docetaxel in clinical trials.
