Trenbolone acetate is mainly approved for veterinary use to promote muscle growth in livestock, whereas trenbolone enanthate was never marketed officially. Both act as powerful agonists of the androgen receptor, stimulating protein synthesis, increasing nitrogen retention, and boosting red blood cell production. They result in substantial increases in muscle mass, strength, fat loss, and recovery. This combination does not undergo aromatization to estrogen, thus minimizing estrogenic effects; however, it can have potent progestogenic and weak glucocorticoid effects.
