Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Treosulfan-TMI is a conditioning regimen that combines treosulfan (an alkylating agent) with Total Marrow Irradiation (TMI) for use prior to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. This combination has been investigated particularly in patients with multiple myeloma (MM), including those with advanced and heavily pretreated disease. The regimen has demonstrated promising efficacy outcomes with acceptable transplant-related mortality, suggesting it may be beneficial in the context of MM treatment.
