In the Bedaya Hospital clinical trial, triptorelin (0.2 mg) is administered 40 hours prior to ovum pick-up, followed by hCG (10,000 IU) 34 hours prior to the procedure. This dual approach is designed to mimic the natural mid-cycle surge of both luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
