Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TRK-950 + bevacizumab is an investigational combination drug regimen consisting of TRK-950, a novel humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody with antitumor immune-activating properties, and bevacizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). TRK-950 exerts antitumor effects through antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), augmenting the activity of tumor-infiltrating macrophages. Bevacizumab inhibits cancer development by preventing VEGF-mediated angiogenesis, thus blocking tumor vascular formation. The combination is designed to achieve synergistic antitumor effects, as bevacizumab's vascular normalization may enhance immune cell infiltration promoted by TRK-950. This combination is under investigation for cancers such as advanced solid tumors, renal cell carcinoma, and ovarian cancers[1][3][5][7].
