Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Trumenba + MenACWY-CRM** is the concomitant administration of two vaccines for meningococcal disease: **Trumenba** (a recombinant lipidated factor H binding protein, MenB-FHbp) targets Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B, and **MenACWY-CRM** (marketed as Menveo) is a conjugate vaccine targeting serogroups A, C, W, and Y, using CRM197 as a carrier protein. Given together, they aim to provide broad-spectrum protection against invasive meningococcal disease covering 5 serogroups, though they are co-administered as separate injections rather than a fixed combination. Immunogenicity studies show non-inferior immune responses compared to separate administration and safety studies show increased rates of some mild to moderate reactions, such as nausea and headache, with concomitant use[1][2][4].
