Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-200-A0201 + TSC-201-B0702 is a combination of two autologous, engineered TCR-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Each product targets a specific tumor-associated antigen presented on defined HLA types. TSC-200-A0201 targets HPV16 antigens in the context of HLA-A*02:01, while TSC-201-B0702 targets MAGE family member C2 antigens in the context of HLA-B*07:02. Both are designed to recognize and eliminate cancer cells expressing these antigens, aiming to overcome tumor heterogeneity and reduce relapse risk by multiplexing different antigen-HLA specificities within a single patient. The combination is being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for multiple HPV-related cancers and other solid tumors[1][3][4][5][6].
