Overview

TSC-200-A0201 and TSC-202-A0201 are investigational autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Both therapies are part of a multiplexed approach targeting different tumor antigens presented by HLA-A*02:01. TSC-200-A0201 targets HPV16, an oncogenic virus responsible for a significant proportion of cervical and other HPV-related cancers, by redirecting patient-derived cytotoxic T cells to recognize and kill HPV16-positive tumor cells[1][3][7]. TSC-202-A0201 is designed to target Melanoma-associated antigen 4 (MAGEA4), a cancer-testis antigen expressed in various solid tumors such as sarcoma, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck neoplasms, uterine cervical cancer, and anal neoplasms[4][5]. Both products use autologous patient-derived cells genetically modified to express specific high-affinity TCRs against their respective targets. The therapies are currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials as part of the "T-Plex" master protocol for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors[2][3][5].
