Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-201-B0702 + TSC-202-A0201 is a combination of two autologous, engineered TCR-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Each component targets a distinct cancer-testis antigen presented by specific HLA molecules on tumor cells. TSC-201-B0702 targets MAGE-C2 (MAGE family member C2) in the context of HLA-B*07:02, while TSC-202-A0201 targets MAGEA4 (Melanoma-associated antigen 4) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Both are designed to recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing these antigens with high specificity and potency, showing anti-tumor activity in preclinical models and resistance to immunosuppressive signals such as those mediated by transforming growth factor beta (TGFβ). The therapies are being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for multiple HPV-related cancers and other solid tumors including melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancers, anal carcinoma, cervical cancer, sarcoma, uterine cervical cancer, and others[2][5][7].
