Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TSC-204-A0101 + TSC-201-B0702** is a multiplex, autologous TCR-T cell therapy designed for patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors expressing both the melanoma-associated antigen MAGE-A1 on HLA-A*01:01 and MAGE-C2 on HLA-B*07:02. This combination product consists of two individually engineered T cell receptor–modified T cell (TCR-T) therapies administered after lymphodepletion. Each TCR-T targets a distinct tumor-associated antigen via specific HLA presentations, aiming to overcome tumor heterogeneity and HLA loss, two common mechanisms of immune evasion by solid tumors. Both TCR-Ts are developed to provide cytotoxic T cell–mediated anti-tumor effects. The therapy is part of the T-Plex platform, which enables individualized, multiplex cellular treatments for solid malignancies[1][4][5].
