Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-204-A0101 + TSC-202-A0201 is a combination of two autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Each component targets a specific cancer-testis antigen presented by different HLA types: - **TSC-204-A0101** targets melanoma-associated antigen 1 (MAGE-A1) in the context of HLA type A*01:01. - **TSC-202-A0201** targets melanoma-associated antigen 4 (MAGE-A4) in the context of HLA type A*02:01. These therapies are part of the "T-Plex" platform, which enables multiplexed administration of customized combinations of high-affinity, naturally occurring TCR-Ts based on tumor target and patient HLA expression. The goal is to overcome tumor heterogeneity and potential immune escape due to loss or variation in target antigens or HLAs. The combination is being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with various solid tumors[4][6][7].
