Overview

TSC-204-A0201 + TSC-200-A0201 is a combination of two investigational autologous TCR-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Both are part of the company’s ImmunoBank and are designed to be used in multiplex, personalized regimens (T-Plex) based on tumor antigen and HLA expression. TSC-204-A0201 targets MAGE family member A1 presented on HLA type A*02:01, while TSC-200-A0201 targets human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16) presented on HLA type A*02:01[3][5][7]. These therapies use high-affinity, naturally occurring engineered T cell receptors to direct patient-derived CD8+ or CD4+ cells against cancer-specific antigens. The approach aims to overcome tumor heterogeneity and immune evasion by targeting multiple antigens simultaneously[3]. Both products are currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for various HPV-related cancers and other solid tumors as part of a master protocol that allows customized combinations based on individual patient profiles[4][5].
