TSC-204-A0201 + TSC-202-A0201 is a combination of two autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Each component targets a distinct cancer-testis antigen presented on HLA A*02:01. TSC-204-A0201 consists of autologous T lymphocytes engineered to express a high-affinity, naturally occurring TCR specific for melanoma-associated antigen A1 (MAGE-A1), while TSC-202-A0201 targets melanoma-associated antigen A4 (MAGE-A4). These therapies are designed to recognize and kill tumor cells expressing their respective antigens in an HLA-restricted manner. Both are part of the company’s multiplexed immunotherapy approach known as "T-Plex," which enables customized combinations of enhanced TCR-Ts to be administered based on the patient’s tumor profile[4][5][8].
