Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-204-C0702 + TSC-200-A0201 is an investigational combination of two autologous, engineered TCR-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Each component targets a specific tumor-associated antigen presented by a particular HLA allele: - **TSC-204-C0702** targets MAGE-A1 on HLA-C*07:02. - **TSC-200-A0201** targets HPV16 E7 on HLA-A*02:01. This combination is part of the "T-Plex" multiplexed therapy approach, allowing simultaneous targeting of multiple antigens to address tumor heterogeneity and reduce immune escape. The therapy involves leukapheresis to collect patient cells, ex vivo engineering to express the relevant TCRs, lymphodepletion conditioning, and infusion back into the patient. It is being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors expressing these antigens[3][4][5][8].
