TSC-204-C0702 + TSC-202-A0201 is a combination of two autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics as part of their multiplex solid tumor program, known as "T-Plex." Each component targets a specific cancer-associated antigen presented by a defined HLA type. TSC-204-C0702 targets melanoma-associated antigen 1 (MAGE-A1) presented on HLA-C*07:02, while TSC-202-A0201 targets MAGE-A4 presented on HLA-A*02:01. Both are designed to recognize and kill tumor cells expressing these antigens in patients whose tumors present the relevant HLA types. The therapy is being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials for various solid tumors, including head and neck cancer, melanoma, cervical cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. The approach aims to overcome tumor heterogeneity and immune escape by combining multiple high-affinity naturally occurring TCRs tailored to each patient's tumor profile[1][3][5][7].
