TT-4 + TT-10

TT-4 + TT-10 is a combination therapy consisting of two small molecule antagonists developed by Cyncado Therapeutics. The combination includes TT-4, which targets the adenosine A2B receptor (A2BR), and TT-10, which targets the adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR). Adenosine accumulation in the tumor microenvironment is a significant mechanism of immunosuppression, as it binds to A2AR and A2BR on immune cells to inhibit their anti-tumor activity. By simultaneously blocking both receptors, this combination aims to restore the immune response against solid tumors. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/1b clinical trials for indications including renal cell carcinoma (RCC), castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
