Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TTX-030 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy consisting of **TTX-030**, a first-in-class, fully human monoclonal antibody targeting CD39, and **pembrolizumab**, a well-established anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. TTX-030 acts as a CD39 inhibitor, blocking the enzymatic conversion of pro-inflammatory extracellular ATP to immunosuppressive adenosine, thus promoting dendritic and myeloid cell activity and bolstering both innate and adaptive anti-tumor immunity in the tumor microenvironment[1][6][3][7]. Pembrolizumab blocks the PD-1 immune checkpoint, thereby enhancing T-cell mediated anticancer responses. This combination is being investigated for its safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced cancers, including metastatic pancreatic cancer[3][7].
