Tislelizumab is approved for several malignancies, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and gastric/gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma, usually in combination with chemotherapy[2][4][6][8]. This triple regimen is under investigation, especially in cancers such as glioblastoma and potentially other solid tumors. No unique brand or code name designates this triple combination.
