Overview

A combination therapy consisting of **tumor-treating fields**, **temozolomide**, and **tislelizumab**, used in oncology research and clinical practice. - **Tumor-Treating Fields (TTFields)** are non-invasive, alternating electric fields delivered via scalp arrays to disrupt cancer cell mitosis, predominantly used for glioblastoma. Their mechanism impairs cell division by interfering with microtubule polymerization and organelle assembly during mitosis, leading to cancer cell death[1][3][7]. - **Temozolomide** is an oral alkylating agent chemotherapy that methylates DNA at the O6 and N7 positions of guanine, leading to DNA damage and tumor cell apoptosis. It is standard-of-care for glioblastoma and other high-grade gliomas[1][3][7]. - **Tislelizumab** is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that inhibits the immune checkpoint programmed cell death protein 1 (**PD-1**), enhancing T-cell–mediated antitumor immune responses. Tislelizumab is approved for several malignancies, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and gastric/gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma, usually in combination with chemotherapy[2][4][6][8]. This triple regimen is under investigation, especially in cancers such as glioblastoma and potentially other solid tumors. No unique brand or code name designates this triple combination.
