Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Poulvac Procerta HVT-IBD-ND** is a Zoetis live recombinant turkey herpesvirus vector vaccine for chickens and embryonated chicken eggs. The cell-associated HVT-IBD-ND vector expresses the VP2 antigen of infectious bursal disease virus and the fusion protein of Newcastle disease virus, while the HVT backbone provides protection against Marek's disease. It is indicated for active immunisation of one-day-old chicks or 18- to 19-day-old embryonated chicken eggs to reduce disease caused by Marek's disease virus, infectious bursal disease virus, and Newcastle disease virus. It is supplied as a frozen concentrate with solvent for suspension for injection and is administered subcutaneously or in ovo.
