uliledlimab + sintilimab

**Uliledlimab + sintilimab** is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies evaluated for the treatment of cancers, particularly previously untreated, locally advanced unresectable or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) not suitable for EGFR or ALK targeted therapy. **Uliledlimab** is an anti-CD73 monoclonal antibody developed to inhibit adenosine-mediated immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. **Sintilimab** is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, and restoring T cell activity against tumor cells. The combination is being studied to determine whether dual blockade of PD-1 (by sintilimab) and CD73 (by uliledlimab) can enhance antitumor immune response and improve clinical outcomes over PD-1 inhibition alone[4][7].
