Overview

This is an experimental combination **peptide cancer vaccine** composed of synthetic peptides derived from tumor-associated antigens URLC10 (up-regulated lung cancer 10, also known as LY6K), TTK (Threonine and Tyrosine Kinase), and peptides from vascular endothelial growth factor receptors VEGFR1 and VEGFR2. These peptides are designed to induce cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses against tumor cells expressing these antigens and to block angiogenesis via inhibition of VEGFR pathways. The vaccine is under investigation primarily for advanced or refractory cancers, such as **gastric cancer** and **non-small cell lung cancer**, with a mechanism combining **tumor antigen-targeted immunotherapy** and angiogenesis inhibition via dual blockade of VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 pathways. Clinical studies have shown safety and immunogenicity, particularly in HLA-A*2402-positive and HLA-A*0201-positive individuals[1][3][5][2][9].
