Overview

V930 + V932 is a two‑component therapeutic cancer DNA vaccine regimen developed by Merck intended to induce antigen‑specific cellular immune responses against tumors expressing HER2 and/or CEA. In a multicenter Phase 1 program, V930 was administered alone or in sequence with V932 and was well tolerated, generating measurable immune responses without vaccine‑related serious adverse events. The regimen uses electroporation‑assisted intramuscular DNA vaccination to enhance uptake and expression of encoded tumor antigens, aiming to prime and boost T‑cell responses against HER2 and CEA in patients with advanced solid tumors expressing these antigens.[4][5][3][8]
