**VB10.NEO + bempegaldesleukin** is a combination of two investigational immunotherapy products for cancer treatment. **VB10.NEO** is a personalized DNA cancer vaccine that aims to stimulate T cell responses against patient-specific neoantigens, whereas **bempegaldesleukin** is a pegylated interleukin-2 (IL-2) cytokine prodrug designed to selectively expand CD8+ effector T cells and natural killer (NK) cells in the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing antitumor activity.
