VCAP-AMP-VECP + G-CSF is a multi-agent combination chemotherapy regimen supported by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), primarily used for the treatment of aggressive adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL). The regimen consists of three alternating chemotherapy combinations: - **VCAP**: vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, prednisone - **AMP**: doxorubicin, ranimustine (a nitrosourea), prednisone - **VECP**: vindesine (a vinca alkaloid), etoposide, carboplatin, prednisone Each cycle is followed by administration of G-CSF to promote neutrophil recovery and reduce the risk of severe neutropenia. This dose-intensified approach aims to improve response rates and survival in aggressive ATL compared to standard regimens like CHOP.
