This multi-agent regimen is currently under investigation in phase III trials, with vebreltinib aiming to overcome MET-driven resistance mechanisms that can develop after EGFR TKI therapy in NSCLC patients. The regimen is administered intravenously (for pemetrexed and platinum) and orally (for vebreltinib)[1][3].
