Venetoclax + navitoclax is a combination of two small molecule inhibitors targeting the B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) family of proteins, used primarily for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, including relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL)[1][3][5][4].
