This combination is designed to more comprehensively inhibit tumor angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis by simultaneously blocking two key pathways: VEGF-A/VEGFR-2-mediated angiogenesis and VEGF-C/VEGFR-2 & VEGFR-3-mediated lymphangiogenesis[1][3][5].
