Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VIA Form+ is a cellular bone matrix (CBM) allograft developed by Vivex Biologics for use in orthopedic and spinal fusion procedures. The product is a 100% human tissue scaffold composed of demineralized cortical bone fibers and mineralized cancellous bone chips that retain endogenous bone cells. It functions by providing an osteoconductive scaffold and osteoinductive potential, which together support bone regeneration and fusion. VIA Form+ is supplied in a ready-to-use syringe for surgical implantation and is indicated for use as a bone graft substitute in procedures such as lumbar interbody fusion. Clinical data has demonstrated sustained effectiveness and long-term fusion outcomes over a three-year period without significant complications.
