vibostolimab + boserolimab + MK-0482

This drug is a combination of three investigational monoclonal antibodies: **vibostolimab**, **boserolimab**, and **MK-0482**, all developed by Merck Sharp & Dohme (Merck). Vibostolimab is an anti-TIGIT monoclonal antibody, boserolimab is an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody, and MK-0482 is an anti-immunoglobulin-like transcript 3 (ILT3, also known as LILRB4) monoclonal antibody. These antibodies function as immune checkpoint inhibitors, aiming to activate antitumor immune responses by targeting distinct immunosuppressive receptors on immune cells within the tumor microenvironment. MK-0482’s mechanism focuses on relieving myeloid-derived immunosuppression, vibostolimab targets TIGIT to enhance T-cell responses, and boserolimab targets PD-1 to block programmed cell death pathways in T cells.
