Overview
Vibostolimab + pembrolizumab is an investigational fixed-dose combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies. Vibostolimab is an anti-TIGIT antibody that targets the T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), while pembrolizumab (marketed as Keytruda) is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) blocking antibody. The combination aims to enhance antitumor immune responses by simultaneously inhibiting TIGIT-mediated and PD-1-mediated immune checkpoints, thereby promoting T-cell activation against cancer cells. This coformulation has been developed primarily for use in various cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). It is being evaluated in multiple phase 3 clinical trials as both monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy[1][2][5].
