**Vofatamab + pembrolizumab** is an investigational combination therapy developed for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cell carcinoma (bladder cancer) in patients who have progressed following platinum-based chemotherapy and have not received prior immune checkpoint inhibitors[1][3][5][7].
